The Neutral Zone is pleased to host the 35th annual Potential Art Exhibit in 2017; a juried exhibition that showcases the work of Washtenaw County high school artists. This year’s exhibit will be juried by Helen Gotlib.
The opening reception and awards ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 22 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. The awards will be announced at 6 p.m. The exhibition will be open to the public from Monday, April 24, to Thursday, April 27, from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. daily. Admission is FREE and open to all ages.
The show will feature art pieces from 90 students representing 13 area high schools. There will be a special art installation titled “The Future Project” that NZ’s artist in residence, Lavinia Hanachuic, has been working with teens to create since February.
