How do we measure success?

Neutral Zone works with Hello Insight, a national evaluation consultant, to assess our youth programs comparatively to more than 400 organizations nationally to understand our impact and to reflect on program improvement. Teens will complete pre- and post- surveys to help us measure changes in 21st century skills including critical thinking, collaboration, problem solving, communication and planning/reflection. In 2019, Neutral Zone received the HI Impact Award from Hello Insight highlighting NZ programming in the top 4% of programs of 459 organizations nationally serving more than 27,000 young people as providing positive youth development for high social emotional learning outcomes.
